REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME

To ensure a fair, transparent, and healthy gaming environment for all players, the Publisher issues the following regulations applicable to all accounts during gameplay. Players are responsible for complying with these regulations. Any violations may result in corresponding penalties in accordance with the Publisher’s policies.

Article 1. Compliance

Players must fully comply with all published regulations. Continuing to log in and use the game implies agreement with all current policies.

Article 2. Prohibited Activities

Players are not allowed to engage in, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Using third-party software to interfere with the game
  • Exploiting system bugs for personal gain
  • Unauthorized access or manipulation of game data
  • Using macros, auto-tools, or unauthorized tools
  • Manipulating event results or rankings
  • Illegally duplicating items or resources
  • Interfering with payment or top-up systems
  • Organizing, participating in, or promoting illegal gambling, betting, or prize exchange activities.

Players are strictly prohibited from trading, exchanging, or transferring in-game items, currency, or accounts using real money or any payment methods outside the official system provided by the Publisher.

Article 3. Account Responsibilities

Players must:

  • Secure their account information
  • Not share accounts with third parties
  • Not use other players’ accounts
  • Not create multiple accounts for exploiting events or rewards

Article 4. Account Association

If multiple accounts are found to:

  • Log in from the same IP address
  • Use the same device
  • Conduct abnormal item exchanges
  • Show signs of coordinated exploitation

The Publisher reserves the right to:

  • Investigate all related accounts
  • Reclaim items or resources
  • Cancel event results
  • Temporarily or permanently ban related accounts

Article 5. Organized Exploitation

Strictly prohibited:

  • Creating groups of accounts to manipulate rankings
  • Transferring items across accounts to hide origins
  • Using guilds or teams for fraudulent activities

Article 6. Community Impact Violations

Players must not:

  • Advertise without permission
  • Impersonate the Publisher
  • Harass or provoke other players
  • Spread false information about the game

Article 7. Data Reversal

The Publisher reserves the right to:

  • Adjust account data
  • Reclaim items
  • Cancel event or ranking results

in cases of detected violations or exploitation.

Article 8. Monitoring Rights

The Publisher has the right to monitor in-game activities to ensure fairness and transparency.

Article 9. Penalties

Depending on severity, the Publisher may apply one or more of the following:

  • Warning
  • Feature restriction
  • Item removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • Refusal to provide support

Article 10. Enforcement Principles

Penalties may be applied without prior notice depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Article 11. Penalties for Minor Violations

  • Chat spam
  • Unauthorized advertising
  • Minor exploit abuse

  • Refund abuse
  • Scamming other players
  • Account theft
  • Fraudulent item acquisition
  • Organizing, participating in, or promoting illegal gambling, betting, or prize exchange activities.

Penalties:

  • Full item confiscation
  • Event/ranking cancellation
  • Permanent account ban
  • Ban of all related accounts

Article 14. Related Account Handling

If accounts:

  • Share IP or device
  • Show abnormal trading behavior

The Publisher may:

  • Investigate all related accounts
  • Reclaim transferred items
  • Temporarily or permanently ban involved accounts

Article 15. Support Refusal

The Publisher reserves the right to refuse support for:

  • Confiscated items
  • Banned accounts
  • Cancelled event results
  • Player-to-player transactions outside the system

Article 16. Policy Updates

The Publisher may update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies take effect immediately upon official announcement.
